    Yesterday: 200 punches, 8000/10,000.
    Today: 200 punches, 8200/10,000.

    Now I need to work out what to do when I get to 10,000. Maybe punches or kicks from a workout as well the main program?

    That hand stand prep looks so cool, Miss_Dada !

          This one was a new one for me. I've never done Fly steps, nor Knee Tap Reverse Lunges. They were fun to learn.
