And ... drumrolls ... the next contender is Redline with the Beast

    Good luck!

All right. Some unusual moves here - but it could be worse. The pistol squats will be the hardest part, I guess. I won't have much time today, which means I'm in for an early start tomorrow...

And then, whatever the outcome is, a new round will start. TheRaven ...? I'm probably going to be sorry I asked, but...

Redline tag me when you've done (or not done) the workout. I will then announce the workout for the final round which everybody has to do. I will not tell you the workout beforehand so no one will be able to practice

          ... aaaand I'm out, unfortunately.

I'm currently suffering from lower back issues, and while it doesn't really impact my overall ability to work out, there's one exercise that's still problematic, and that's sit-ups. Every single one hurts, and sets of 20 are out of the question. It's something I've been going around lately (by avoiding or modifying the exercise when needed), but it wouldn't be fair game here.

Those lower back issues tend to come and go during the day, so I thought the workout might still be doable with enough warm-up, but this morning isn't a particularly good one, I'm afraid.

So, TheRaven, feel free to let everybody know what's in store for the final round! And best of luck to you, guys!

I'm sorry you're having back issues Redline and I wish you a speedy recovery! While it's a pity that leads to you dropping out, Health Always comes first, so good call for not pushing through.

AceofSwords , Beat_Samurai , mkw , Sundance - you guys are in the final round, which is - as many of you know - a sudden death round.

You have 24 hours to complete the Goddess Workout on Level 3, as fast as you can. Don't post your results but send them directly to me via pm. Once I get all your results I will then post your times and announce the winner.

Good luck to all of you and happy sweating

Well, I can honestly say that doing a *practice run* is not what I would do with the workout you picked for us . Doing that one on Level 3 will be more than enough...

I have wondered just how *do* you practice for a workout.

Within the timeframe we're talking about here - you don't ...

It seems like it's "just" full speed and go! But there are a few things you can do or try to optimize your time, for example:
would it be better to blast through one set and take a 10 sec. breather between sets - or would your rather slow down the execution of one set in order to not take any rest at all?
What is more effective when doing burpees: dropping down into push up position (which is faster, but more taxing) or lowering down in a controlled manner (which is slower but not as exhausting). And also, figuring out the most effective rest time (if you need any at all).

These are small details that may end up saving you a couple of seconds in the end. And from my experience, even 1 second can make the difference. I remember one instance where 1st and 2nd place were only 1.3 seconds apart.

I could have gone with „Dance my little monkeys!“ but that might have been a little obvious
