          45 (workout: pull ups, weighted pull ups+ commando pull ups) + 2 behind the neck pull ups

          Consideration
          I have tried the behind the neck pull ups since I am curios about such a variant (and I belied to be able to execute them). Since it's the first time and a (partial) new movement, I used a wide grip. There is not a specific reason about this grip. Probably, reasoning a-posteriori, I have tried to simplify the movement to overcome the bar wiht my head in such a way.
          I have tried them. I think they are slightly more difficult than the standard pull pus. However, I am not interested to introduce them in my workout. I prefer other variation to increase strength concerning this kind of movement

                              Well, I picked a really audacious goal, but I'm not sad about this year's progress. I'm going to keep on counting the pull-ups I do in 2020 and add one to the goal, so I will go into 2020 with 584 pull-ups and see how close I get to 2020 pull-ups.
