    I did it for the boost reasons, you mentioned. Social pressure works fine.

      As I do to TheLibrarian, who had the initial(?) idea for the Pushers. (..almost a year ago-- jeez, time flies..)

        So, for week 1, I went out and did 10 full ROM chin-ups, then, a few minutes later, 10 full ROM pull-ups.

        Is week 2 starting tomorrow?

              Thanks for the tag Nebulus, will probably start a bit later, as I want to try to do a program once without adding tons of stuff on top. But my program has pull-ups in it anyway, so we will see how many I really have to do extra.

                  So, I'd like to join, I need the extra motivation, though I can't imagine doing 350 pull-ups in a single week.

                          *8 unassisted in sets of 4-2-2, Day 15 of Pull-up Challenge (Lv1), plus 13 with a 50% weight assist; hope to take down the asterisk later this week

                                I'll give it a go. I don't think I'll stay for long tho, but that 10 in a row badge looks like a sweet accomplishment.
