    TheRaven I have been at the carnival (Scuützenfest Hannover) last sunday and there was one booth where you would win 100 euros if you could hang on a pull up bar for 2 minutes. I spontanously had to think of you.

    TheRaven hahahahahaha that's ok, I am not able to do a single one... :hahahahahaha: I tried it few times, but always ended up landing on my butt...:butt:sometimes I really hate gravity... :rage3:

    DrShellgon yup, I know they aren't impossible to do (I've seen people with my own eyes hold flags for 10+ seconds and do bar muscle ups, ring muscle ups like gravity doesn't exist), I'm just saying that lot of us here haven't reached that level of fitness... and have in mind that a lot of us aren't even newbies at working out those exercises are really advanced :duck-2:

    Thanks Kyramlaar, I fixed it, and Klara, there are lots of progression guides, so I'm sure that they will eventually become doable, no matter how long it takes
