Haha don't worry DareDevil , didn't have anything to report over the weekend anyway

      But now, short update:

I worked myself up to 80 sec. I'm setting my timer to 8 x 10 sec. so I can move in 10sec. increments. Makes it easier to break down the whole movement into smaller ones. I usually feel this fatigued after 3 or 4 sets of regular pull ups to failure.

Kyramlaar and DareDevil. To give you my honest oppinion... I don't have any problems with MMA because I don't consider it a true martial art. For it to be a martial art it needs to have certain things like a well developed (and logical) system, a code of conduct, katas, personal defenses, and above all to prove that the system works and honor it. For me the actual MMA fighters are just that...fighters. I don't consider them real martial artists because their system lacks of all those things. So they are good for enterteining purposes, like boxing. But I also agree with Kyramlaar in the way that they are comercializing this fights. Danna White saw those fights like a very good opportunity to make money. And that's why it is all money oriented. At the beggining it wasn't like that either. That's why today I like watching the matches, but I can also pass without watching a match and I won't be anxious about it. The first fights I wouldn't have missed them for the world.:rabbit2:But then again, this is my oppinion.

Elektra that's where I'd be fine if they stopped calling it a Martial Art :/ lol, also means that what I am creating will never be a martial art.

Don't you worry Kyramlaar. Cause if you're fine with that you can create a new fighting style. Just like they did with MMA (wich anyways it's just a mix of styles). Now you would have to prove it's efficient and I don't think you'll have any problems with that my friend.

Elektra thing is, if you look as The Book of Five Rings any art of warfare is a martial art, from the bow and sword to hand-to-hand to generalship. Because the word martial means having to do with war. So no... I'm not fine with just creating a fighting style, I'm about warfare

Also, Ummmm... Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Savate, and Systema don't have kata, and they are world renowned martial arts
