if I may give my five cents worth, if you are a beginner I would recommend that you start with the Fireheart program, if you can do level 2 or 3 with apparent ease then go onto the Fighters Codex and again try to complete the second or third level and you should be ready for the new Fighters Codex II book.

Any chance of some weapons appearing in this new program, anywhere? Asking for a friend...

Hahahaha, Gentry sorry to disappoint you but it's probably best they do not. You will see what I mean when we publish it.

heh, Keith10 I know it's on everyone's mind. The program is undergoing final edits, changes and trials so we are maybe a couple of weeks away for it. The book will come out definitely before Christmas so it is early December. And, in keeping with what we do, we have a final name for it: Total Warrior. When you see its structure you will see why this fits it.

              Hi Damer
many thanks for replying so swiftly. The title is a good one. If the paperback is available before Christmas then it will be on my list.
              cheers again.

That there are only seven of them! I tried and asked since there were talks of a full weapons program a couple years ago... But no worries, what is offered is already a lot!

Gentry we haven't shelved the idea In the trials we did there were issues of equipment and space. Neither of these are insurmountable but they do require us to re-design what we created and we haven't got round to it. Fingers crossed as they say

I already did the Fighter Codex when I was a beginner.
It s some time since I do max difficulty programs/workouts.

But I had troubles with the Strength Protocol.

Why did you do share that link? Out of curiosity, I watched some matches from that page.

Damer I just got excited when reading the title "Total Warrior" even though I knew my level was not yet up to it, probably not even Fighters Codex.
