        printed and ready. This looks like a challenging programme! Thank you Darebee! Will need to finish 10 more weeks of a bulking programme, and then straight to Power Cardio!

          Holy smokes that looks intense and awesome!! Can't wait to try this one out! ummmm day 27 it looks like a physical impossibility is it supposed to be 3 sets of 20 burpees per round meaning 60 burpees per one round so for level 3 would be 60 burpees times 7 rounds so 420 total plus all the other exercises in each round?

                  The DADernaught! it is maybe in case you are doing the new 50 or 100 burpees per day challenge and find it is not enough, maybe .... Imagine during next RWC

                      I did Day 1 yesterday. Lots and lots of sweat and after Level II I was through. This month will be fun and I am looking forward to sweating through it. :-)

                            neilarey Just a quick question for clarification as it will be Challenge Day for me tomorrow: When it says "Split the total into managable sets" ... is that equivalent to "throughout the day" or is it more like "do it in one workout but take breaks as you need them"?

                            Also, I would love to have the recommended post-circuit add-ons mentioned on the respective days' sheets. Otherwise I might run into danger of forgetting that when I am at the gym ...

                              These are the post circuit add-ons for the Power Burn Days, did you mean those days?

                                I believe ValVerde meant having those links show up on each Power Burn day, so they just show up on the respective days, rather than all together at the start.
                                I personally just remember that Power Burn = Butcher for now, and will change it up next week!
