          oh my god ! it is the first time i'm not so empressed to start a new program...

          But it is still very temptating, maybe I will give it a try after cardio trim rum, in level 1 only... Thanks for all your fanstatic work Darebee Team

                        Dear Team, what do you think about adding some running to this program? Is it a good idea or I'd better stay away from any additional cardio on these 30 days? I'm afraid I can overtrain, but I also don't want to lose the progress in running I've made this month...

                          Yeah, ok, you know what - you got me. I'll try this on level 1 as I did for the boxing one. I will do this.
                          It will HURT SO MUCH.

                          Good thing I read the whole thing before asking where that went! I like the options though, nicely integrated neilarey and team!
                          I do have a question though! Any tips on what type of warm-up this might need? Light jog? Active stretching? That sort of thing.
