Awesome, just what I need, I've been going since Dec. 31st after a 3 month hiatus of nothing so this defintely motivates.

Hmm... I've been exercising continuously for several dozens of days in a row now, thanks to Darebee, but I don't know which of these days really contained a "continuous 15-minute streak"... and since it's supposed to be a challenge anyway, I'll start counting only after having read this post, namely: starting tomorrow

            Silly question.
Those 15 have to be done in one workout or in one session.
I can't just sum all my workouts together. Right?

I-Matanjah you can sum up a single day if that's what you mean. Your total for the day has to be equal or exceed 15 minutes. So if you have done a daily dare and an ab workout, for example, to a total of 15 minutes all, it'll count.

              I hope this helps!

Also important, and in the same vein as Gameiro's question, if we break a streak, say at 18, do we lose the 15 day in a row badge? If not, why couldn't we go back and look at our previous work? Also, yes, I know, honor system and all that, which is exactly why I'm asking.

Gameiro you can only claim and hold it while you are on the streak. The moment you stop or have a break, even if it's just one day, you have to start over and remove the badge until you can claim it again. That's why it's so difficult to claim and keep. I hope this helps.

Now there's some additional motivation to get me moving when I'm feeling lazy!

I Think everyone of us should start today, because the challenge is released today, it make no sens to count before that day ! my own opinion ... If you count before that day it's not a challenge anymore
