    I not feel true benefits, although I had them in the past (or some memory trick)

    Mon 6min; Tue 6min; Thu 6min;
    Count since 2019-04-29 is 231 minutes.

      Peterpan, the trick is that if you do it every day (even for a little time at once), little changes come all the time. You think you were always like that, you are bored with meditation, you are going to stop it all - and here comes some stressful situation, you are OK, and you're like "Fine. I will do it"

          Nice, Peterpan . I had first serious results ("woah, something changed") after 18-20 days of consecutive meditation. And it was only the beginning... You know, it is possible to catch one day during meditation a very interesting feeling:

            I am setting a September challenge for myself:
            》 meditate every day for at least 3 minutes
            》 meditate for 100 minutes total over the month, so I will meditate for 5 minutes on Sundays
