    My goal for the year is 24.000 push-ups. Last year I got the flu on the 27th of December and had to abandon my goal of 24.000 push-ups with only 242 remaining. So I am excited to see if I make it this year

    Today’s training session was almost an active rest day compared to yesterday’s session. It certainly did not matter to me as I needed a day of rest. I had set myself to reach a total of 23,000 push-ups for the year before December 24th. It was motivating to reach the goal today. That means I can take a few rest days up until Christmas. I also get busy preparing for Christmas Eve so there won’t be that much time for training.

    High Gear Day 21 was genuinely intimidating. Day 21 took my breath away even before I started training, and I was unsure if I could complete all seven sets. It was pure willpower that carried me through. Each Darebee program has its killer workouts that one will not forget and this is one of them. Thank you, @DarebeeTeam for a great workout that I am proud to have completed.

    I have decided to start a new virtual hike now that we have completed our journey to Mordor and back again. I will follow in the footsteps of Phileas Fog and travel around the world. The journey will take place in 1890, and I begin in London. The first stop on the trip is Dover as I will follow the Orient Express route from London to Constantinople via Paris.
