I decided to celebrate that I during today's training session would reach my goal for the year of doing 24.000 push-ups by doing Onna-Bugeisha on level 1. Onna-Bugeisha was perfect for the occasion. It contained thirty hidden burpees in each set and because it has been a while since I did a combat workout. The funny thing is, I am already looking forward to January 1 where I will reset the push-up counter to one. I decided to start on Foundation as my warm-up program to get some variation.

Gandhalfit - It is too early for class assisting. I haven't yet decided when I will transition from my current job to a teacher's assistant. At the moment I think I will wait until I have finished Mathematics. I have three semesters left of the course

I had another great training session today. It was the fourth time I finished Vitality. I looked through my training diary to see the first entry for my third rerun of the program. I had to go back to September 13. That says something about how little I have been training this fall. The lack of training is mainly due to my teacher education. Right now, there is a much-needed break between the semesters. The Teacher Education programme has been super exciting and very hectic, with many reading materials and written assignments. I will spend time in the semester break to overview what we have dealt with this semester. It can be challenging to maintain the helicopter view when you are in the middle of the semester. It helps gather your thoughts when you have a holiday and get the chance to form an overview of the subject. Oh, and I passed my first subject "Student learning and development" in "The teacher's foundational competences".
Warm-up
Vitality Day 30 lv III (no rest between sets)
I did ten push-ups as part of every set.

I had a perfect training session today. It was one of those days where my muscles felt tense, and my body was stiff, which gave me a slight headache.
I always train outside. The weather was quite stormy, it was just above freezing point, and it was snowing. In other words, the weather was just perfect for my mood. I had decided to finish Fit Christmas as Christmas is over. It was great to complete the program and come one step closer to my push-ups goal of the year. My headache went away quite quickly when I first started training because of the temperature and the training warming and loosen up the muscles. I felt rejuvenated in body and spirit after the training session.
