I did ten push-ups of each of the following push-up variations: Regular, diamond, wide, stacked, raised leg, staggered, spider-man, knuckle. I did ten push-ups as part of every set of Vitality, 60 Days of Cardio and High Gear and for the first two sets of the Daily push-up challenge for a total of 250 push-ups.

I did ten push-ups as part of every set of Vitality, 60 Days of Cardio and High Gear and the final two sets of the third segment after High Gear for a total of 210 push-ups.
Saturday, December 5, 2020 High Gear pushed me good today. The combination of shoulder taps, burpees and push-ups took a heavy toll on me, and I did the last two sets on pure will-power.
