              Day 2 - albeit a few hours late: I’ve completed the 2nd day! Found Level I yesterday a bit too easy so I put myself on the Level II today. Absolutely fine! Probably should graduate to Level III tomorrow if I can find the time for the extra repetition sets!

                    Okay - had a day off for diary reasons but attacked Level III of Day 3. Somehow surprised that I broke into a good sweat - no doubt helped by the fact that I regularly lost count of the repetitions. I just did extra to be absolutely certain so definitely a decent-enough workout for today! Three days down - plenty more to go! Will I finish this before BoJo leaves No. 10????

                      Right - Day 4 Level III complete. Well, almost! Just felt the tendon behind my left knee starting to click on the last set so missed the very last few repetitions of the upward left leg extensions. Otherwise, fine! Unsure I’ll be able to do much over the weekend but I’ll certainly continue Sunday eve or Monday! Certainly a sweaty workout and I feel like a few calories have unquestionably been burnt!

                          Okay, been on holiday! Got to get back to this and shape up faster! I have to say Foundation Light was definitely on the light side so will look for the next step up this time.

                            Okay, as core strength is much of my aim, I've gone straight to the medium level Core Strength programme and done the the full Level III 5 sete of Day 1. That did feel like a workout! Really taxing in spite of the 2 minute breaks! Feel muscles that I haven't ever felt before so it's done something! Time to start looking at Day 2!

                              Well, my muscles were aching so much after Day 1, I gave yesterday a break. Today I've attacked Day 2 but could only just manage three sets - so Level 1 only! A shame but I had to divide the third set into 2 as I was incapable of doing it in one go. So, little point in going onto sets 4 and 5. Found it pretty hard! Hopefully, Day 3 will be okay!
