    1 Year of Regular Exercise (Re-do)

    I'm a lazy guy. So I challenged myself to be disciplined with fitness to hopefully improve my other aspect of life.

    Also, the "re-do" in the title is because I tried this in 2017 but failed at day 145 due to bad time management and working overtime.

    I'm starting with the Xpress Tone program (https://darebee.com/programs/express-tone.html) .

    No, I'm not going to lift weights, run, do drills *every single day*. I'll follow programs on this website which have active recovery days included in them. (Which counts as a workout right?) In any case, the principal is to do 15 mins of activity everyday.

    As for my rest days I'll stretch or do some yoga.

      btw, as far as I know, 145 consecutive days are not a fail...

      If you miss one day this time, don't stop the challenge, go for as many days in one year, as you can do.... just keep the motor running... have fun...
