        I got them in the canned fish aisle at a nicer local grocery. I haven't had them in years, but I still love them!

            Salad A Day, day 25 - greens and assorted veggies with falafel and hummus
            Also, that means I have 2 more days of falafel to go in the salads for the week, so that's nice.
            Note to self: I want to use a little more hummus and a little less green onion.

            I need to consider if Beast Mode needs to go on my list of favorite workouts or if I am writing this note while I am still full of adrenaline from it, but wow, I liked that!

                  Also, I just re-read my intro to this thread and saw that it contains a little weight loss info, so I'm going to say: As of this morning, only 15 more lbs (6.8 kg) to reach a "normal" BMI. (Noting all the reasons to not focus overmuch on BMI as a metric and that I am decidedly not interested in shaming anyone over their body.) My actual goal is 20 lbs (9 kg) from here but that is ENTIRELY so I can have lost 100 lbs and while I plan to work to stay in the "normal" range, I don't actually care if it's up a little from the exact 100 lbs lost mark.

                      Salad A Day, day 30 - fruit salad for breakfast - I'm taking a little bit off from nutrition challenges because my birthday is coming up, so I'll just have to try to eat well without daily check-ins. Or maybe you'll hear about my lunch salads anyway.

                          Not most of the time. I mostly had the plan to have a salad for lunch and as long as I didn't run out of leafy green veggies, it was pretty easy.
