Only Homemade, day 14 (ish) - yesterday we went out for sushi, so I cannot bring myself to feel any regret at all about breaking from the Only Homemade thing. But I figured if I only have two more days, I can just pick up where I left off. Salad A Day, Day 1 - (a) I may drop this is the weather goes cold again, because I get sad if I am stuck eating cold food when I am cold. (b) I am only trying for 2 weeks because that has worked well for me on No Sugar and Only Homemade. But today's salad: romaine & green leaf lettuce, pickled apple, cheese, honey mustard dressing.
Salad A Day, day 2 - green leaf lettuce, cottage cheese, salsa, a little nutritional yeast
*Goal is to build up to Duathlon ranges, but right now, just getting some time in on the elliptical since it's a better full-body workout than the exercise bike.
Salad A Day, Day 4 - Lunch! Green leaf lettuce topped with leftover zoodles and chicken from last night!
Badge day donation made. I think I'm doing Ironborn next but I haven't made a solid decision yet. I'm also somewhat tempted to re-do Fireheart. (I don't feel like I'm up to another try at Avatar Upgrade yet.)

That running program looks like a great idea for the elliptical. Just wish there was some kind of reward for it…you know, to make it more tempting Cuz I would definitely go for that
