              Yesterday i came home very late but did so by walking around 10K steps and then only did…

              Today i continued the program and took the usual weekend walk. It was quite sunny today…always a joy.

              19K steps walk in the woods
              meditation - actually twice, 10 min in the morning and a guided body scan just now

                      Every day i think it became rather minimalistic in here and i should add a bit but then i also think…maybe tomorrow.
                      It's winter…but then, for a winter i'm doing fairly well, so no real complaints.

                        I like that you end your posts with an emoticon or smiley or what they're called. Always makes me smile and wonder if they mean something

                          Thanks lofivelcro …to be honest, i rather meant the reduction of check marked exercises while claiming to put in more effort and great new plans every now and then.

                              It was a busy week and i'm looking forward to a relaxed weekend. It's pretty stormy outside but i am not anywhere near the areas the storm (named Eunice or Zeynep) is supposed to hit the most. Good luck and stay safe to everyone who is affected. Get well through the night.
