I skipped day 17 and 18 of Fit December due to my foot, which also prevents me from doing the hall pass jumping jacks. Same for the squat hero challenge. I'm going to be careful with jumping and anything that puts pressure on the toes for another few days. Maybe i quit the squat hero challenge.
After a while without any meditation i tried again today and i'd like to get back to it on a regular basis. Let's see.
