    In between several -dodging squats during the day – and i have the impression there are more to come, i had to catch up on the usual.

    I skipped day 17 and 18 of Fit December due to my foot, which also prevents me from doing the hall pass jumping jacks. Same for the squat hero challenge. I'm going to be careful with jumping and anything that puts pressure on the toes for another few days. Maybe i quit the squat hero challenge.
    After a while without any meditation i tried again today and i'd like to get back to it on a regular basis. Let's see.

      You can always substitute jumping jacks with step jacks, those are much easier on the feet.
      I'm glad that your toe isn't sprained or broken and keep my fingers crossed that the inflammation will pass quickly.

          Thanks lofivelcro, i had to do something similar today and exchange high knees for marching steps.
          DorothyMH you are right, the toe wasn't even among the many thoughts that crossed my mind while meditating. At least they do it in some order then…

          So today…besides dodging around 200 today i did…

          I quit the squat hero challenge at this point. I did 17 days of it but am not able and do not want to do the remaining days for various reasons. It was kinda interesting to explore different variations of basically one exercise but then it didn't do much for me in terms of fitness and fun. I guess i let the year pass on low level and make new plans with the new year.

          The snowfight was/is really great fun and i enjoyed it a lot. I was really curious about it as lots of people mentioned it every now and then since i joined here in august. I can understand now and already look forward to next year's.
