          Something is or hopefully was up, as i guessed yesterday. I slept for 10 hours last night and that's really unusual (6 hours is my norm) so i guess my body is fighting something. I feel better today but still kinda weak and i was only able to do Level 1 of the program and felt dizzy during the yoga session, so i keep it at that. At least i was lucky to catch the only two sunny hours of the day for another autumn walk, this time through the park because it's flat ground and does not require walking uphill for the first half hour. And because it already looked like rain and i wanted to be able to catch a train easily once it would start. Lazy sunday it's now and i hope i'm back to normal energy by tomorrow, i'll need it.

                      I'm thinking back and forth about the new program, Ironheart. I'm keen on a program with dumbbells, my friday course is canceld due to corona/unvaccinated trainer, so it would fit in well. But i will miss at least one week due to a business trip and out of experience i can tell that i will miss several other days due to long working days and probably nights over the next few weeks. It's probably wiser to skip it for now, keep up some low level routine and rather fit in some walks in fresh air instead of more indoor stuff. But i'd really like to start now and train along with you guys. I guess i decide on the 10th.

                        There is the option of following a training plan and using a lot of dumbbell workouts with it.
