I agree about the kettlebell bicep curls. During the right arm curls the kettlebell hits my Fitbit which is annoying. I like the swings too. Like you, I'm still getting used to the kettlebell. Lady Celerity you're right, of course. I'm thinking all the time, but usually not about serious matters, no wonder there I get exhausted
Day 301
Full-Body Kettlebell Workout
tbh, I looked at all my other workouts today and didn't feel it. So I tried something different. Normally, I only look at the kettlebells with contempt, but sometimes it can be love on second sight. Or nth +1 in my case.
I liked doing squats and swings, but then the problems started:
-I'm too short to do proper deadlifts with the weight I'd need. Seriously. The kettbell is too big and bumps on the floor.
-The grip during bent over rows is awkward and I bump the handle against my chest because I like to move my elbows further up. Like I'm used from dumbbells/barbells
-Side bends are fine and feel good
-Curls are awkward, too. Haven't found out yet how to move kettbblelel right to hit the target muscles.
Maybe I should do more swings. Those are great and are supposed to work the glutes. Mine are in sore need of more work. Really.

Thinking is good. With so many digital intrusions into our lives most people don't devote time to think and contemplate. So kudos to you! Crossbows sound cool.

Trbrat75 I had to run towards her and hold her, because she was climbing over the fence and trying to leave. I was prepared that at one point she'd probably jump over the fence and do some walking of her own, but I haven't thought that it would happen so early. She's still overweight, but I'm glad that her instincts finally kicked in. Hime's good sport, though

Lately I always feel out of time when it comes to exercise and barely get everything in. I don't know why. I'm also thinking a lot about how to go forward from here with my work and am running calculations a lot. I'm thinking about offering Jules an apprenticeship in my shop/workshop because he has no plans for his future himself and I should have one at some point. I only have to think about how to pay him in the long run. And that I should be more serious about the shop.
I'm also thinking about learning to build crossbows to expand. Shooting crossbows seems to be on the rise.
Thinking eats a lot of my time lately.

Had been invited to dinner at my employer's house and came back late, so only those three. Hime once again spurned me. Tomorrow I'll get up early to intercept her before she leaves. Yeah, as if. Me and getting up early. Pfft.
