    Weekly check in

    The following is what I've done over the last 7 days.

    Day 1
    30 days of cardio day 1 . Level 1
    6 pack app (day 1/ 30 day challenge)
    100 push ups
    20 pull ups
    200 chair dips

    Day 2
    Cardio day 2. Lvl 1
    6pack (2/30)
    100 squats
    100 calf raise
    100 lunges

    Day 3
    Cardio day 3. Lvl 1
    6 pack (3/30)
    100 push ups
    20 pull ups
    200 chair dips

    Day 4
    Cardio day 4.
    This was 100 squats so I did an additional 25
    6 pack app = rest day
    125 calf raises
    125 lunges

    Day 5
    Cardio day 5 lvl 1
    6 pack app (5/30)
    100 push ups
    20 pull ups
    200 chair dips

    Day 6
    Cardio day 6 lvl 1

    This included 10 squats per set , but I did 20 so :
    squats for the day = 120
    100 Calf raise
    100 lunges
    6 pack appb(6/30)


    Day 7
    Took the day off
    Felt like my body needed a rest day.


    Generally feel pretty good this week . Legs have felt tired but I think that's to be expected.
    I've been lucky with time and my work shifts so some weeks coming up might not be so easy to fit as much in but it's definitely helpful so far to write it all down.

    Hiya! Nicely done, got some well balanced workouts crushed there rest days are smart, take one when needed to avoid needing ten when forced Happy to hear your week went well, keep ir up! Have a nice day!

          last 7 days . Started well but the weekend was a bit of a failure.

          Chair dips . 200
          Push ups 100
          Pull ups. 25

          Cardio blast day 7
          6 pack app day 7

          Day 2

          Cardio blast day 8

          6 pack app (rest day )

          Calf raise 100
          Lunge 100
          Squats 100

          Day 3

          Cardio day 9 (this Inc squats which I replaced with half jack's as I did squats yesterday)

          6 pack app day 9

          Chair dips 100
          Pull ups 25
          Push ups 100

          Day 4

          Cardio day 10 level 1
          6 pack app
          Calf raise 100
          Lunge 100
          Squat 100

          Day 5

          5 sun salutations this morning
          Cardio day 11 level 1
          6 pack app
          Push ups 100
          Pull up 25
          Chair dips 100

          Day 1 lower body stretching app

          Day 6
          Day of rest..
          Long shift in work, felt tired so took the day off

          Day 7
          5 sun salutations this morning

          Life got in the way so didn't get to do anything else.

          Back at it next week

            Taking an off day when you are tired is no failure, you are doing good, keep it up!

              not the best but I'm happy I've done something for 3 weeks.

              Mismanaged day so took as a rest day

              Cardio day 14
              6 pack day 15
              Pull up 25
              Chair dips 200


              Day 5
              Cardio day 15
              Calf raise 100
              Squat 100
              Lunge 100


              Day 6
              Didn't feel well .

              Day 7
              Six pack day 16
              Cardio day 16
              Pull ups 25
              Push ups 100
              Chair dips 200
