Hi, welcome to my third log. I've been using Darebee for about 2 years now, and I've done a lot over the past year, but I recently fell off the wagon a bit. Only for about a week, and not totally - I still went for walks - but enough that I felt like a fresh start was in order. Despite the title, I don't necessarily expect this to be plain sailing. I've completed a lot of programs, but I have a habit of doing it for a few days, then not getting round to it for a day or two. So my first goal is to actually do a 30-day program in 30 days. Or two programs, as it turned out.
