    128 - Daily cardio, some elbow strikes and punches to help me unwind. Mostly with my right arm. Left shoulder is being dumb again

    Good thing - MAN I WENT TO A WEDDING TODAY AND IT WAS AWESOME. Seeing them so happy gave me a serotonin boost for sure! And free Indian food? Man, sign me up, I am DOWN.

      129 - Daily cardio, calves, and squat hold punches because I've felt like... Punching? NOT LIKE, punching people or hurting things but just specifically doing that with my arms because of how I've been neglecting my upper body so much and I wanted to do something simple... ... While also working on my legs. Woohoo! But I'm going easy on my left shoulder. Probably gonna call the doc about it again eventually.

      Good thing - Made headway on a giant blanket I'm crocheting for a friend. I wish I had another set of arms so I can type and crochet at the same time. God that'd be so cool.

      And for some reason this didn't post last night. welp.

      130 - Daily cardio and... That's it. I'm going to bed since I feel awful today.

      Good thing - I'm proud of myself for throwing in the towel and not forcing myself to do more. I need rest.

            131 - 21st DD, squat punches and cardio!

            Good thing - I'm still proud of myself for going to bed when I did. I usually push myself to stay awake through my head pain to play video games or something but... I can game when I feel better. I still hurt a bit, but it's not as bad. It's manageable.

              132 - Today was a cheat day with Little Caesar's pizza. Whew. Did my soul good tho. But everyone is asleep now, so jumping jacks are now. So, I'll double up tomorrow. But, squat hold punches don't make a lot of noise, and also, palm strikes don't really make a lot of noise (compared to jumping jacks, anyway) ... And so far, no one's up! Maybe this was a sign to work on my arms more, ehehe. But tomorrow I'll alternate with high knees, then jumping jacks, repeat that, and... See where it goes.

              Good thing - I had Little Caesar's Pizza LOOK IT'S GOOD OKAY FIGHT ME and I hung out with the buddies after work.

                133 - DOUBLE CARDIO, realized I still find normal pushups impossible (It's how I'm placing my arms, it's hard to explain), got disheartened for like two seconds until I remembered I can do other things, did other things such as squats, squat holds and squat hold punches and now I am proudly sweating. EXCITING.

                Good thing - Today is the beginning of my five day weekend. Dunno how I'm gonna do jumping jacks in my best friends second floor apartment when I go but we'll figure something out!!

                    134 - Cardio before I left for the drive - Man, I'm getting nervous for when the jumping jacks get up to the forties if I'm already this winded... And now that I am here, I did some walking with the bestie. Tomorrow we're gonna go on a hiking trail and catch Pokemon

                      135 - We went on a hike today! I'm... Not as good as I thought I'd be! But it was a good half hour/hour hike, lots of Pokemon were caught. I'll save the jumping jack stuff for Monday when I get back. Tomorrow, we're going to Salem MA!

                      Good thing - We also went to a farmers market. I got to pet alpacas!

                          136 - We went to Salem and walked so much that somehow, my butt hurts the most. I have no idea how this happened. Cardio will happen tomorrow. But like. My butt? Why my butt? I need that to sit1

                          Good thing - SALEM HAPPENED, met up with an old bud, and proceeded to watch an insane amount of Castlevania. bruh.

                            137 - Did days nine and ten of cardio. Phew. That two and a half hour drive took a lot out of me. It usually wouldn’t in other times but… phew! I think I’m just so not used to driving for long periods since as this is the pandemic we don’t exactly have like. Cons. Okay well maybe we have some anime conventions but I’m not going right now LMAO

                            good thing - finished Netflix Castlevania at my besties place before I left for home. Good times man.

                              138 - Days ten and eleven of cardio. Jumping jacks still make me winded ahaha... I did some meditation as I need to be in a good mood for tomorrow. My mini vacation is over and I guess I have to be a professional again.

                              Good thing - Started Tales of Arise! I’m so far smitten with it.

                                139 - Cardio and level one of Wild and Free. I kind of wanted to try something combat related... Ehehe, let's see how I feel in the morning with my shoulders! Those side kicks are gonna help my balance, probably... I just don't wanna get wasted from those jumping jacks anymore dangit!

                                Good thing - Got further into the Granblue main quest!
