                  Day 18/30 of May Challenge "Stamina Upgrade" --- 2min. non-stop jumping jacks ❌

                  I was busy researching for an essay the whole day and visited two friends in the evening. Between researching and catching the train, I had 30min where I realized that I haven't done anything about the challenge and fitness in general so I did a quick HIIT workout before I ran to the station. 😆

                                Gandhalfit Thanks! I guess for me that's the essence of becoming a fighter - to push through this hour even if I think that I can't anymore. Training is a set amount of time and I know that my body and mind are capable to withstand.
                                I try to imply that in my every day life with my papers I have to write for Uni but that's somehow much harder 🙄.
                                ​​​​​Now I'm at least at a point where I recognize my "failures" (e. g. when I don't reach my goals in time), percieve my feelings without condemnig myself for them and move on ... just some months ago I would fall in a very destructive spiral of passivity and self-accusation paired with endless social media scrolling who really destroyed my mental health to the point I couldn't work at all.
                                I'm happy that I could talk openly about that with my professor for which I work and she gave me time to get well without setting me under pressure.
                                ​​
