stongecat, @Anek, @Fremen, @CarbonaraTamara, @basecamp, @stephenphillips42, @Baryl - Thank you all for your nice comments and support - means the world to me!

              Workout:
I had a rest day today - had some pretty intense couple of days. So I did the Breathe Easy workout to relax.

              Meditation:
              1-minute meditation challenge (9/30).

DorothyMH Whirly Silent Wolf Thank you!

I had one of those super weird days today: woke up, did some work and other chores and then I felt like I got hit on the head with a brick. I had to go to sleep and I woke up 4 hours later. Super weird, otherwise my sleeping schedule is ok, I don't have my preferred biorhythm but I get enough sleep. It's super late now, so I squeezed in yesterday's routine.

                      Workout:
Breathe Easy workout (at least I feel super relaxed)

                      Meditation:
                      1-minute meditation challenge (10/30).

Like I said in my first post - I'm basically trying to get my sh*** together this year. I work as a freelancer so a lot actually depends on me performing well at my job. I used to do these: "I'll turn around my life" moments and I'd pile up a thousand activities and habits I wanted to do and, you guessed it, I never really stuck with them. This is why I'm introducing a new thing every 15 days. I still need to clean up my diet (I eat relatively healthy but I think I can do a lot better with a tiny bit of effort), and I need to structure work a bit better, which is also connected to my sleeping routine. I think the next thing I'll try to do is start working on becoming an early riser and get some work done first thing in the morning when everything is quiet and I won't be distracted. Just some thoughts before bedtime. (:

Just found your thread! Looks like you’re doing really well. Your list of goals is a nice one, doable and challenging at the same time.

Re motivation: for me it does help a lot to make a daily post. It’s nice to see the progression, it’s great to receive praise from all over the world for things done. And on bad days my promise to post every day shames me into doing at least something, which is always better than nothing. Plus our fellow Bees know a lot about what programs are fitting, what to do when you need a substitute for an exercise when you’re injured or need to prevent injuries, about music, food and other fun stuff.

AnnieW Yea I'm looking at my same 3 posts in a row and I'm starting to feel I need to do more. (: I'm starting to fall behind with my 2 friends so I need to step up!

                          Workout:
Breathe Easy workout - I'll go running tomorrow.

                          Meditation:
                          1-minute meditation challenge (11/30).

Don’t compare too much, it’s primarily your own journey! You’re doing great.

                              AnnieW Thanks!

                              Workout:
Ran 3.31 km. Took a little longer than expected but I feel great! I'll apply for an organizer run in June with a friend (he's running 10k, I'll attempt a 6.5k), so I've decided to focus a bit more on running stamina.

                              Meditation:
                              1-minute meditation challenge (12/30).
