      I would say the 5k are really a no-brainer for you now. You already ran 4.1k in one go.
      And i would say the 10k are not that hard soon (from a cardiovascular point of view). But i would recommend to put some small steps between 5k and 10k. So your muscles and tendons have some time to get accustomed.
      Very nice pictures of the cave you posted, where in slovenia is this? I already planned some vacation time in slovenia soon, so any nice must-see locations are very welcome

              basecamp JCU CaptainCanuck stephenphillips42 Whirly - thank you all! (: I got my shot today and it's been alright so far, however, I am starting to feel a headache preying on me in the back of my head. (:

              Nebulus - Hi and thank you for your advice! I'm trying to push myself without trying to do too much. I feel like I technically could do a lot of things but my philosophy is to take small steps so my body doesn't feel like it's been run over with a truck the next day. (: For example, I went hiking with some steep climbs with my friends the other day (to reach that waterfall) and I felt my body aching a little bit, but I survived. Had I done the same route a couple of months ago, I'd probably die the next day. So yeah, I'll redo the test in a month, then focus on bettering my time. And when I'm ready, I'll tackle 10k, it's on my goal list and finally, I can see myself running that distance in a couple of months. So that cave I went to, Hell Cave is located here. I would recommend, if you haven't been to any Slovenian Karst caves before, visiting the Postojna cave or Škocjan caves first. The caves are wider and longer, and you'll get the feel of classical Karst caves. Otherwise, a great resource is our official tourist guide, I Feel Slovenia. If you already know a specific place you want to visit, for example, our capital Ljubljana, I'd also recommend googling Visit Ljubljana and you'll find the corresponding site with tons of information. I use those websites all the time to find new places or figure out how to reach them. I hope you have a wonderful stay when you visit! (:

                    My 2nd dose really hit me at night - got cold shivers & high temperature in waves and I felt run over.
                    I managed to do Catch & Release (for the last time), and spent the rest of the day in bed, resting.
