I'm on a magical quest to recovery! 
In all seriousness, About a month ago I had an injury. The physiotherapist told me recovery will take around 3 months.
Now I've been trying to exercise again, trying out all sorts of things, but recently it has been difficult to get motivated again. I'm sleeping terrible, and my diet isn't the best either.
So that is where trusted Darebee comes in: I will be using the Spellbound Program and tracking my sleep cycles to get motivated again. I have decided to track my food rating with a 20 point system.
I will post the report from the day before, hopefully, every day.
