    3 sets of knee pushups with... ONE NORMAL PUSHUP in each set!!! AAHHH!!! It wasn't all the way down nose touch ground kind of pushup, but I was able to remain in form and push myself up again!!!

    WHHEEOOHHOO!!! I reached my first goal!!! To do one proper pushup!
    I've started around 2 months ago and practiced 3 sets almost every other day with different variations

    I will keep on practicing pushups so I can do them in the normal level 3 workouts but I guess I did it!
    So here's my next goal... first of all, be able to do 10 pushups in a row as a basis!
    And second of all: be able to do ONE pull up!


    And damn I'm getting closer to finishing the Impossible Abs challenge and let me tell you, it's brutal! I find the progression be JUST in range of my possibilities, but today I had to make the last break 10 seconds longer. Phew!!

                    Today I take it slow because we are having our first (corona-safe) ultimate frisbee training!
                    So this lunchtime I only did the new Peach workout!
                    The training this evening will be 1h long and consists of:
                    * 10min throwing practice
                    * 10min warmup
                    * 15min running practice
                    * 25min short runs
                    * 15min core

                    Soloakel my vacation consists of doing projects at home and hanging around on my balcony and maybe going on runs or hikes I dont't really go anywhere but I will be able to cool down from work

                        Puh, after I got destroyed in the ultimate frisbee running training yesterday, I have to take it slow today
                        I did the Impossible Abs Day 30!!! Unfortunately I wasn't able to do it without a little longer breaks, so I will try to achieve it within the 30 seconds break over the next time until I manage to do the 1 minute planks
                        But this also meanssss I can pick a new challenge! I think I will stick with the abs challenges, so next one I want to make is the Abs of Steeeel.

                                Thank you all Feels so good to complete and pull through with programs and challenges! And I think the gamification effect of collecting badges works on me really well
