    Easy Abs 25
    Daily Dare (no EC, harder than I thought o.o)
    3 sets of until fatigue pushups (only top to bottom variation).

    whooo did the workout together with leni !!!
    since I barely have any sore muscles after workouts anymore, I will ramp up my pushup sets to every other day instead of every three days.
    still going strong to reach my goal of one proper pushup !
    also today I've tried pullups on a playground and... well I already know what my next goal is going to be

        Also!!! I got a pull up bar! I'm getting it for my birthday and bought it from a coworker. It's hanging in the kitchen door so everytime I've waited for like boiling water, I was playing with it. I'm already incredibly sore from it

            Yay for the pull up bar! A (very very strong) friend of mine had a bar in his bedroom/livingroom door, and every time he went in or out he had to do a pull up. It worked really well plus engaged his brain not to forget things in the room and have to go back to get them

              Ohhh that sounds awesome Yeah for now it's just hanging around on it, I'm following the Pull-Ups Guide here. I'm very excited to do Pull-Ups one day!! Also finally work my back more.

              Yesterday I forgot to log, because I wasn't in front of my computer, but here it is:

              28.2.2021:
              Core Strength Day 27 (Level 1)
              Warrior Queen (Level 1)
              Epic Glutes
              3 sets of (proper elbow form) knee pushups
              And 3 sets of actively hanging from the pullup bar >10s (babysteps!!)

                          And dang, until ultimate starts again I really need to do more HIIT workouts to better my recovery time an dmy overall condition, the no tomorrow workout hit me harder than I thought
