It has been quite a bitter Halloween. My ear is clogged, and in pain. I also did not write at all beyond #Vamptober, and I had plenty of distractions. There was also a fight tonight, and that's going to be extended tomorrow... Not really a good day.
But #Vamptober is finished, and I have everything set up for NaNoWriMo now. I'm starting to write tomorrow. Hopefully, this won't be a mess to do.
I took a break from the programs today and decided to take up on two challenges for November: Core Control and 10K Crunches. I believe Balance will follow on December.

So it begins, another epic for November... one that I must finish by the end of the month. Man, I've forgotten how hard it is to write without a plot, and even though I had things on my head, they are quite vague and, all of the sudden, I ended up writing a Prologue that has nothing to do with the story, but reintroduces the main character. It's a movie thing that technique, you know? For instance, in Drive (2011), before the opening credits, you get a story which is just a job that the driver does. It doesn't have any importance to the rest of the film, and it's barely mentioned quite later, and yet the film can hold up without that moment. However, the thing is that story is important for one reason: it introduces you the main character. And now I'm in front of the text, amazed that things already didn't start out as I originally planned them to be... but this one... Oh, this one is already showing that it is darker than the first. Much darker...
I still need to figure out the cast, though. It was always one of those, and I've planned for that since the very beginning. Even whenever I tried to edit, a very minor character turned out to be a character that I could have fleshed out perfectly instead of adding a new one, so the new one that I added ended up with a name change and now lands in here. Other than some survivors from the first, this is all I have. This is going to be a pain, I can tell...
I didn't expect for another spoiler trope to be active, though. Well, not so much of a spoiler. I used it because it kickstarted the whole thing in the first place.
Anyway, enough about me nerding up with these things. With Ironheart on the way, I might check it out. Using light weights is difficult, but there are ways to make them work. I believe I put a video about it somewhere, and perhaps I can research some more. I seriously want to do Xpress Tone. I'm also trying to do variations on the Squats. Aside from adding weight, I'm also doing Single Leg Squats. I'm holding myself with something, though, so I don't lose balance. And yet they can be quite difficult.

This is going to be a piece of cake. I guess those 30 Burpees are going to be some extra to compensate for the fact that I didn't do any today. Like I said, I don't feel good. My ear is killing me.
