    Rebuilding myself

    Well, 2021 is here and with it a need for recovery and rebuilding myself.
    What I expect is to once again recover my stamina and find emotional balance relieving some steam with a bit of exercise.


    So, let's begin:

    I'm feeling full of energy and confident. A good start of the year.

        I'm glad to be able to return for the second day still full of energy.

        I think what helped me today was my frustration after reading another chapter of "Invisible Women - Exposing Data Bias in a World Designed for Men". This book is an incredible source of insights on how bias affects the world's economy and hinders progression.

        This might become my routine. Maybe it's a good idea to read this, get frustrated, and run to do some exercises in order to make use of this extra energy.

              And, the last day before work. I'm taking it slow today doing some stretches while enjoying my new schedule. Next week will be the real thing as I'll re-assess if any adjustment is necessary.

              Almost finishing "Invisible Women". My source of frustration is reaching its end, so I'll have to find something else.

                      This week was tough. Yet, I'm feeling way better than at the beginning.
                      The best thing I noticed was that I'm more flexible than before too. Including some morning and evening stretching to help me too.
                      Let's see how this will progress.

                              Hey, guys! Thank you for your support!!!
                              I'm so proud of myself!! So many projects this year, and this is one of the most important for me because it's... me. After suffering with burnout, I promised to myself that I would spend some of my time taking better care of my health.

                              So, to keep the motivation at a good level (always accompanied by self-discipline) I set a goal to donate blood on the second quarter of this year.
                              That's all the more reason why not to slack off!
