AnnieW , probably, but guess I am not "feeling" that program, finaly. So I decided this morning to go back to my previous cycle mixing workouts and yoga, which seemed to work pretty well.

This morning I did Easy abs challenge D10, 2*10 pistol squats, warrior III, and decided to go back to workouts, with at level II
