AnnieW , probably, but guess I am not "feeling" that program, finaly. So I decided this morning to go back to my previous cycle mixing workouts and yoga, which seemed to work pretty well.

Yesterday I did Easy abs challenge D9, 2*10 one legged bridges, warrior III, Reboot D9 Level II.

This morning I did Easy abs challenge D10, 2*10 pistol squats, warrior III, and decided to go back to workouts, with at level II

351 consecutive days of working out (330 days on January 20th).

That is the truth, and that is how you stick with it.

Bromide indeed, soon one year since I left the rehab I am not displeased with the progress, let's say.
AnnieW and Evil Elvis indeed, if we want to go back to the mat every day, it has to be something to look forward to (even if some days may be harder).

Yesterday I did Easy abs challenge D11,30 sec wall squat, warrior III, yoga 20 mins.

This morning I did Easy abs challenge D12, 2*10 pistol squats, warrior III, and at level II with nice, low-ish HR:

It is a nice one, Colin , in addition to calling on our celtish roots

Sunday and Monday ... I just couldn't exercise, I was really really sick. I am much better now, but streak broken (oh well...).

But since I am, well, stubborn and addicted to exercising , I am baaack!

It was an awesome streak, Wolfie. But what's important is that you got right back in the game as soon as you were able to. You are awesome!
