Friday evening part 2 of the 2 steps of self care done, and reading done.
Saturday full circuit D 22, 5 mins equal breathing, Evening reading and 2 steps of self care done.
This morning full circuit D23, 8 minute meditation.

Meditation done 7 days out of seven, self care step 1 6 days, step 2 seven days, and reading 7 days. So that's good!
Walking more than 5,000 steps only 5 days out of 7 though.

174 consecutive days of exercise, Day 150 was December 30th.

Yesterday evening, reading and 2 steps of self care done.
By the way, as of this WE, no more unpacked boxes in my appartment! I still need a serious Kondo-isation, and rationalisation, though, and things will move a bit around once I get my bathroom furnitures installed + two more pieces of furniture taken in (a pretty, old , writing desk that used to belong to my grandma, and a wooden credenza that'll look nice in my bedroom). I am in love with my appartment!
And my roomba is working again, yay! One of my favorite house cleaning devices, LOL.

This morning Full circuit Day 24 plus 8 minutes meditation, mid-morning Back and core Day 9, mid-afternoon Epic 5 Day 8. I like those breaks, may skip the Epic 5 days that are too much on the knee, or too much abs (as I already have Back and Abs) but they complete the morning program quite nicely.

175 consecutive days of exercise, Day 150 was December 30th.

Congratulations on your Heart-Anniversary! I'm a little late for the party, so I brought more cake.

Full circuit was with a large number of squats and lunges, they seem quite frequent in that program ; but with a knee sleeve they are OK. Doing those movements without the knee sleeve isn't a good idea (yet), so, although I am not fond of the idea of still dealing with the sleeve, I am definitly not in a mood to do again a see-the-sports-doc, get-knee-IRM, go-to-kinesitherapy round, specially with anti-inflammatories severely restricted now (due to my anticoagulants).
What else? I need to downgrade jacks to side steps after a while in those circuits, but the HR keeps high. So in the same way, I will deal with the body I have now and not the one I wish I had, LOL.
However, I am still progressing and exercising daily, so there you go!

177 consecutive days of exercise, Day 150 was December 30th.

Saturday evening, reading and 2 steps of self care done.
This morning Full circuit Day 30, 5 minutes equal breathing. Another program done!

This week, cooking done (tuna noodle - nothing fancy, but fatty fish, and fresh cooking!), 6 days out of 7 walking at least 5,000 steps, meditation good, reading good, evening self care done.
Globally, this year, goals reached were:

Walking at least 5,000 steps at least 6 days: 2 weeks/3
                            Meditation at least 6 days: 3 weeks/3
reading at least 6: 3 weeks out of 3
cooking at least one fresh dish: 2 weeks out of 3
evening self care two steps at least 6: 3 weeks out of 3
eating fish at least once a week: 3 weeks out of 3

I am putting 3 weeks because the first week of the year, not yet settled in my appartment, doesn't count, LOL! Now I have no excuse not do to what I aim to.

And I added the fish-eating challenge because there is a lot of DMLA (age-related macular degeneracy) in my family. Both my parents have it, my father's father and my mother's mother had it. My older brother is developing it. Add to that the fact that mom and her mother had / have a very agressive form that doesn't respond well to actual treatment. Grandma had basically lost her eyesight at the end, and mom is now severely impaired, she can't read anymore, can't discern what's on TV. And one of the best preventative mesures (actually the only one, besides regular eye check up, which I get), is eating a varied diet including fatty fish. I tend to avoid fish ... So I am giving myself the challenge to turn that around and try more fish, at the very least for dietetary variety, if not to try prevent that disease. Sorry for the rant, but I wanted to explain my motivation.
