          Ah, Colin , gotta love Tororo!

          Today 2*10 assisted pistol squats, 2*15 flutter kicks, half moon asana and handstand preps, Day 27 of Easy Cardio challenge and at level II
          .

          Gave a good HR increase, at the upper limit of what I want to do.

                Indeed, CODawn , and you know I think having fun when exercising matters!
                And yep, Evil Elvis , we are not gonna enter into the symbolic realm but I do like it very much : The woosh when you cut, and the momentum in the hands are really cool. Besides, it works my coordination, which helps.

                Today I did 30 secs wall squat, 2*15 leg raises, half moon asana and handstand preps, Day 28 of Easy Cardio challenge, and a nice, heart-opening yoga sequence.

                    Fremen , that was what I already had in mind (or else their consistency would have been ... interesting ) but thanks for being very thorough!

                    first round the HR was too hih but after it was good, breathing matters !!!

                      ETA : both my parents were vaccinated yesterday, so I am quite happy and relieved about it. And I should be getting my new glasses this afternoon (new prescription because farsightedness had decided I was old enough to invite itself over in addition to my nearsightedness and astigmatism but yeah for new glasses). And someone is interested enough in my appartment visit for a countervisit this afternoon, fingers crossed.

                          That's great news about your parents! My grandparents got their first vaccines last week and it makes me feel so much better that it's a step towards them being safer. Good luck with the visit!
