              wjs , actually I looked at the ribbons; and it was 2018 and 2019 ... 2020 as a year seems to have disappeared, for me starting in January, for lots of us a tad later, but still... Doesn't look like they intened to do the race this year (not that I could, but I still follow).

              Second shot went down well, with even less reaction in my arm. Now two weeks, and the antibodies will be present enough, yesss...

              Today I did the cardio warm up, 2*15 flutter kicks, 2*10 one legged bridges, and yoga.

                  Yesterday I did the cardio warm up, 2*15 leg raises, 2*10 assisted pistol squats, and at level II

                  Today I did the cardio warm up, 2*15 crunches, 30 secs wall squat , and yoga.

                  82 consecutive days of exercise (60 days on 16/04)

                      Thank you Gandhalfit ; it took time ... But I got those two shots ! Wondering if the Fall may be the start of easing up for that pandemic. Let's have hope.

                      Today cardio warm up, 2*15 leg raises, 2*10 assisted pistol squats, half moon asana, and 20 mins of Yin yoga, included some staying in (assisted) plow pose. I am still working on plow and shoulderstand, little by little... I am wondering if , after the pandemic, seeing a chiropractor to see if I have long standing blocks around shoulder and lower back (explaining some of my issues with sit ups, plow, shoulderstand) would make sense. We will see.

                      And a good news : the acqueror (of my present appartment) got his bank loan, so barring something extraordinary, the sale's a sure deal Now, if my seller (for the future appartment I made an offer for) could hurry and we could sign up the compromise swiftly ... Breathe, remember I don't have control over them and this part, so relax and let go. Ooooooom

                        And adding this week's summary : good back and knee, 7 days of meditation, 6 days out of 7 walking at least 5,000 steps, weight gently lowering veeeeery slowly but good. During exercise (not counting walks), 139 mintues at at least moderate HR. Positive week.

                        Now, I am entering the last weeks in my appartment, preparing to move out, and then it'll be between my parents's places in Paris and Bretagne before I can move in my new place (we will have some work done before I can move in). But specially in the next month, I will be busy busy, so login may become spotty, but I am not going away anywhere!

                                Congrats on the sale essentially going through at this point. Relax with respect to the apartment you're after, you're sure to get it, barring unforeseen and unforeseeable circumstances.
