Today I did the cardio warm up, 2*15 crunches, 30 secs wall squat, warrior III, and a yin yoga session.
69 consecutive days of exercise (60 days on 16/04)
This week, 7 days of meditation / breathing exercise, weight stable, back and knee fine, a total of 130 mins exercise at at least moderate heart rate, and 6 days out of 7 walking at least 5,000 steps. Apparently I am correctly getting into the habit of walking daily, to compensate telecommuting.
