            JCU The recipe does look similar. I hope you enjoy them. I think the flavor even improves over time.

            CaptainCanuck The book is Together: Our Community Cookbook by Hubb Community Kitchen. I've made a handful of the recipes out of it, adapting to make them without meat and dairy, with good results.
