    My Fitness Log and Journey

    So this is the start of my fitness log and journey. 30 days ago I weighed 324 lbs. And just yesterday i completed my first 30 day program Square 1. Without changing my diet other then cutting soda,beer, and reducing amount of food im eating im happy to say that today i am 310.2 lbs. So now its on to my next program and that's Foundation lite then Foundation.

    Great start. I started at 329 pounds 23 months ago and I am now around 220 though I was as low as 215 a couple of weeks ago. It is possible, just keep going

      Thank you Captain for you words of encouragement, the first few days were rough LOL but i can feel myself getting stronger and find myself doing an extra set or two or like im doing now which is foundation lite and the 30 day easy core challenge but im going to keep going. it wont be easy, nothing worth it ever is but this is definitely worth it.

            This is a day 10 log in. As of 9 this morning i am at 301.6 and increasing my reps and sets. Not sure if I should but like in parts where it says do 10 side bends and 4 twist, i just do 10 and 10...i guess my ocd kicks in at those 4 lol. I have cut soda, snacks that are more or less junk and have cut sugar completely from my morning coffee. Now i have to work on my nutrition which im told is the most important so here we go, other then those small things im thinking about adding another workout in the evening as well or perhaps some yoga if anyone who reads this has some input or advice im always open to them since im more or less a newbie to all this but until next time everyone stay safe,stay strong, and peace

              Sounds like you are doing great!
              When I finally decided to work on my diet, I picked one meal first and worked on that.
              I started with breakfast, mainly stop eating bacon/sausage egg and cheese sandwich's in the morning or at the jobsite.
              That was real hard for me and still remains as my kryptonite.
              When I felt ok with breakfast, I moved on to minimize eating out for lunch, and bringing healthier foods for lunch.
              Its tough when I travel, but it has been working for me.
              Thing is, just start slow, but start, and if you fail on one day. Pick it back up the next day.

                Thank you Elvis for sharing your story with me and for the sound advice in you message. I have started to replace Breakfast with a carnation instant breakfast shake and though i know the "gym pro heros" are going to say they are bad and loaded with sugar (and they are right) but if that's all you use for a meal and work out you will burn it off and by 1 or 2 when i eat again im ready for a small lunch and a nice dinner at the end of the day, but you are so right in saying you got to start slow and do what works for you and i will tell you that starting and sticking with the workouts here plus words of encouragement and advice from the members here has been lifesaving for me and it gives me the drive to continue moving forward so thank you.

                  Not a ten day log but had to come on and log this and i do it with tears of joy in my eyes...for the first time in what has been YEARS...im under 300 pounds. as of yesterday and this mornings weight log and my morning supplements i am at 297.7 and have been since yesterday. Just had to put that here today, because i made a promise to a cool 6 year old mini me that daddy would be able to ride rides with him at Legoland ( there is a story to that Legoland part ). I just wanted to post that. Perhaps I will build enough courage to post a before and after photo at the end when i destroy Foundation lite LOL.Anyway time to work out post again soon.

                      Well here we go time to check in before my diet goes kerplunk over the holidays as it stands now i am at 294.0...however I had a bit of a scare the other day I felt sick after drinking coffee for the first time in a week or two and i realize i need to focus on what im eating because well i haven't been eating much and i got so super sick and pale white lol wont be making that mistake again so i put back on a pound or two ( i was down to 290 at one point) but it will come off soon just need to put my nutrition in check.                             Back on it.. looks like i did not do to bad lol but its so damn hard when there is so much good food..and cakes..and a yule log, and that ham was just so... no no no got to stay focused and on track, so here it is I have never made one and hell it may already be one but without further chatter from me my first hashtag ( everyone remember when it was a pound sign LOL ) #cantstopwontstop
