Today I have a doubt, in day 13 avatar upgrade the workout classification are normal, but i spend 60 min for 3 sets, i understand something wrong or what ?

today i finished the 9th, and as usual in training i almost died lol, I think it's amazing how these points make us go to the limit just to get another bar on our avatar, normally i would give up training in the third or fifth set, but with this program i do 7 sets every day

Be Strong
i finish power cardio and boxer prime, now i'm in day 8 of Avatar program my goal is to become as strong as possible, begin this log for organization and to receive help.
i did level 1 only in day 5, the rest of days i did level 3, today is day 8 flexibility routine and i fell happy about this because now I am very tired of the previous training.
I'm also doing the calves of steel challenge, the challenge is a little easy for my level, but as I have small calves I decided to do this
Finishng, I accept any tips about the program and suggestions for upcoming programs and chalenges to get me started
