MAXMATOS Hi again, no worries, you're actually already doing it. Once you've created a thread-- you'll simply continue posting your workout updates in that same thread. Bookmark it and it'll be easier/ faster to find it the next day. That way other bees can follow your awesome workout progress and such. Also, it doesn't have to be all workout related. Anyways, I hope I didn't make it harder to figure out. Good luck with reaching your goals! You're doing great!

Hi, you're doing great with your workouts and all,
but wouldn't it be easier to create a thread where you post all your workout updates?
That way it's a lot easier for us to follow your progress and such. Anyways, just something to take into consideration.
