    4th Consecutive month done. 30 Days Gravity and Cardio Trim


    Made it through. Thank good. Feeling great and lighter at 77kg from 84.6kg mid-March.

    Diet needs improving and my time more limited due to online work which has no boundaries.

    I'd like to do HIIT and more strength and tone. Any ideas?

    I'm thinking of alternating days of Strength Protocol and High Gear.

    Workout 6 days with a rest of 3.

    SO a day of strength then one of HIIT then strength etc.

    Thoughts?

      I've ended up just doing High Gears. Did the 20th day today above the target burpees (60) number and added jump rope.

      1x 10, 200 jumps
      1x 10, 200 jumps
      1x 20, 200 jumps
      1x 20, 200 jumps
      1x 20, 200 jumps

      1-2 mins rest between sets.

        Day 25 High Gears Burpees:

        25 bps, 200 skips
        20 bps, 200 skips
        25 bps, 200 skips
        20 bps, 200 skips
        10 bps, 200 skips

        100 full burpees with 1000 skips!

              Thanks for the likes, guys. From barely doing four burpees without needing resuscitation to where I am now is incredible.

              Feeling better and really keeps me going with all the difficulties around us.
