    Afternoon:
    - Pull-ups
    - Bodyrows
    - Dips
    - Diamond push-ups
    - Hanging knees tucks and legs raises
    - 2.5km fast walk

                12/12 IF. My caloric intake was low during the 8 hours, so I had to eat something when I got back home.
                No sugar / sweets / etc

                Morning:
                - Mobility exercises
                - Super Abs (modified)
                - Abs roller/wheel

                Evening:
                - 3km fast walk
                - Dips
                - Diamond push-ups
                - Pull-ups

                The place where I do most of strength exercises is closed until Nov 23, due to partial lockdown. It’s just stupid closing open area while keeping “closed area” gyms open. COVID won’t kill us, but stupidity will. Can’t someone just nuke the entire planet and let us rest in peace?

                      Hi Amirsh. Thank you, I'm back to 79ish haha. I have taken a break from IF and eating sweets again. I have been adapting myself to all changes, but I really got fed up doing so. I'm still exercising nevertheless, I just miss that playground...
