    Well, it's back to work tomorrow. I didn't manage all the things I was planning on doing but, now I have the chance to improve while at work (as I kind of have to now...).
    I was challenged to get to bed on time and I decided that 22:30 is reasonable. I'm also adding "wake up before 06:00" but my main challenge is to reprogram myself to fall asleep and the best way to do it is to focus on my work and self improvement, Chelsea and fitness (not necessarily in that order) throughout the day. I still have an hour and ten minutes before bed so I guess it will be okay. I already played with Chelsea but she's making noises like she wants to play again.

    I decided I'm probably not going to complete back and core and reboot before Pathfinder goes on air but that's okay.

    Tonight's workout:
    Stay Sane L2
    Back and Core day 6
    Reboot day 6 L1 because it was jus kind of boring. It's actually a good knees exercise.
    10 sets of bridges times 3
    Light stretching.

          Got to bed on time last night, couldn't fall asleep for hours... it's a process. Definitely did not wake up before 6, still tired 😴

                  Thanks again everyone (I can't tag, too tired/lazy and my new wireless keyboard is a bit tricky).

                  I was definitely in bed on time, like I said, but sleep did not come. I still ticked yesterday off. I have to bee an hour and a half early tomorrow for a meeting so I'm bit concerned about that. Today I woke up, turned the alarm off and went back to sleep. I was 10 minutes late...

                      Good luck with your sleep routine, GF - are you trying anything to help you get to sleep (blue light fliters and the like)?

                        I'm taking tonight off. Bah what a day: I had a really tough day. The plan was that I would answer written applications but there were so many calls that I had to help the other two reps. Basically we are in a middle of a really big mess and contractors keep complaining about their projects are stuck but the 1 person in charge of that has been sick for nearly 3 weeks. Actually she's not ill but she had a nervous breakdown (can't imagine what from ) and the other people who know what to do about it are stuck with other things. I was trying to answer someone when the representative sitting opposite to my desk started bellowing at a contractor and slammed the phone on the floor...

                        I managed to go to bed on time last night, wake up on time (barely but still...) and get to the meeting on time and I stayed an hour later because during official work hours there were too many calls and technical problems. I doubt tomorrow will be better. At least next month is full of nationally paid for holidays - about 9 days scattered throughout September

                            Sorry, GF, I can't see the name Chelsea without thinking of the football team and I saw they won the other day so looked for a headline to match how I hope things are going for your Chelsea.
