So a week has passed since I made my last check-inI just started a new internship, so the first week has been busy and a lot of new faces, so I've been completely exhausted and the week has been some kind of a blur, why I've just made a list of what I've done the last week:
- Every day: 20 min. walk in the evening (for clearing my head and maintaining my frail streak)
- TEN day 6 + 7
- Cardio Go! day 9 + 10 + 11
- The Long Run day 9
- Cardio Challenge day 13
- Plank Challenge day 28
Consecutive days of exercise: 76
