    1h30min. combat practice

    --------------------------------------

Cardio-wise it was a tough work-out - after a warm-up, where we practiced different punching/kicking combinations, we went on to the big mitt-purgatory: 3x60 sec. (x2, max power) and some speed-rounds on 4x20 sec. - my heart and lungs were burning, but it just felt great to push myself to the limit Afterwards we had our first sparring session (light and easy, with minimal contact and a limited amount of sparring partners) after it all closed down due to the pandemic it felt so great to practice "real" combat again, and everyone was just so cool and understanding about going slow and easy - it just couldn't have been better

                30 min. walk

                ---------------------------------

Today I had an appointment at my dentist, to get a wisdom-tooth removed (apparantly, both of my wisdom-teeth in my upper jaw have decided to grow "in the wrong direction", so they are now on collision course with the neighboring teeth First one was removed today, the procedure was completely painless (cheers to the dentist) and everything went fine, but I was recommended to take it easy today exercise-wise, so I ended up going for a walk in the evening, just to keep up my streak.

                        15 km hike

                        ----------------

Today my boyfriend and I went looking for another giant troll. We had a lot of fun, searching for clues on the route, in Kongelunden, Amager, which is forest area close to Copenhagen. After a 15 km hike to what felt like "the middle of nowhere", we found another giant, Bjarke Cirkelsten. Though being a bit sceptical in the beginning, my boyfriend actually ended up enjoying it as much as I did Next time we go searching for one of the troll's we have agreed to speed up a little, and run the route instead, as it seems the next troll hunt is "only" 8 km, with approximately 1 km between each hint We haven't set a date yet - but personally, I just can't wait

Thanks Mika - these trolls are just gorgeous luckily, my teeth have behaved very well. I think my dentist did a very good job removing the first of them, as I haven't felt a thing since

Excellent news on the teeth. They should be seen and not felt IMHO.
