    Pretty new here! Daily tracker

    Just found this site a little over a week ago! Decided to finally post and track my workouts

    Woke up exhausted

    Today I did chapter 8 in age of Pandora on level 2
    Total Abs day 7 on level 2 but with fewer sets. I think I could do a lot better so I plan on repeating this tomorrow
    Unfortunately I'm short on time and energy today so I'm skipping the yoga for now, but maybe I'll do it this evening

    I'm also semi following the 7 day vegan meal plan (I'm mixing up the days a bit, but using the same meals). So far I'm finding the lentils very bland and rather boring as a main dish, but I am learning a lot about all the spices I never use!

            Welcome!! I'm also doing Age of Pandora on Level 2 - hope you enjoy it! (I think these are the closest to a high knees emoji)

                Went to sleep really early last night since I was so exhausted yesterday!

                Did Age of Pandora day 9 on level 3 for sets, but only with 2 push ups in a set. I need to work on my push ups
                Also did Total Abs day 7 (repeating what I did yesterday) on level three. Wooow that's hard! Let's get those abs I think I need to stretch my hips more since they popped a lot

                Day 8 of 30 day of Yoga. Yikes more ab work! So far it's really not my thing.. Yoga doesn't feel like a workout or stretch, but more like a mediation which I prefer to do separately from my workout. I'll give this program it's full run to see if yoga grows on me, but if I still don't like it on day 30 I'll know for sure that I don't like yoga!

                Time to make some black bean burgers and head to work!

                  Feeling a lot more rested today

                  Did age of pandora day 10, but even on level 3 with no breaks I didn't really feel a sweat. So I also did day 11 level 3 which definitely got a lot more of a sweat going (probably those push ups and the jumps I did during punches)

                  Then Total abs day 8, level 3, and day 9 and 10 of 30 days yoga.

                  Time to make some lentil balls!

                    Okay a bit sore from the 5 mile uphill hike I took yesterday, but being sore is a sign of progress.

                    It is making the day 12 of Pandora pretty hard with all those burpees! Yikes I'm tired Considering how easy the last couple workouts were I was not expecting to feel out of breath! I'm going to try to complete all 15 sets of level three! Ohhh boy those burpees make me feel out of shape and I only managed 13 sets. Oh my goodness my legs

                    Day 9 of total abs will be completed throughout the day! And then Day 11 of yoga done!

                      Woke up today feeling sore and exhausted. Since I haven't taken a day off in about two weeks, I thought I would just take a rest day. But nope! After a healthy breakfast and reading a bit of the book "Spark: The revolutionary new science of exercise and the brain" I was pumped and ready to go. I decided that I'd go for a 30 minute jog around my neighborhood as my "active rest". Topped that off with some more lentils for lunch (I really made too many lentils last week) and some cucumber and I'm read to conquer the day!

                        Today is a killer! Age of Pandora chapter 13 was so much jumping and wow 20 REPS for 7 sets??? I was dying after one set! Thank goodness for those breaks. I'm absolutely dying! I did the math and that's 280 bounce +bounce + squats! I've never done that many squats at once! I'm going to be hella sore tomorrow. There is no doubt that I got my workout in today

                        Despite that torture (though it feels great that I managed to do it full on level 3!) I'm moving on to total abs day 10 level 3! Good thing I love planks!



                        My non workout goal today is to drink water and move around some every time I take a work break

                          Weirdly enough I'm not sore today! Maybe I'm stronger than I thought? Age of Pandora day 14! Hmmm.. maybe I need to do a program focusing on arms next.

                          I have a long day today so not much time for the ab workout. I just did one set of total abs day 11. I'll try to do a lot more tomorrow.

                          Did day 13 of yoga though since I skipped yoga for the last two days.

                            Woops! Nothing yesterday other than a brief walk and a lot of work. I did some high knees every time I took a break. Today did age of Pandora chapter 15 which was just a lot of high knees and squats. I'm hoping to go for a run later today.

                              My run yesterday was fantastic and I'm so glad I did that! It completely reset my mood.
                              Today we've got age of pandora day 16. I did a ton of the pits and jobs so I'm pretty dead. Total abs will have to wait yet another day. But day 14 of yoga done!
