      Motivation/Gratitude: Was in a bad mood all day, but excited about the egg salad I made.

      Motivation was tough to come by today. Didn’t sleep well, the news is frustrating, and I took a long mid-afternoon nap that will keep me up too long tonight. Did the workout anyway so I could post success on here. Thanks, everybody, for the kind words. It sure is helping to keep me moving.

                  It's okay to 'sin' for a day if it keeps up morale and helps you going strong the next days. It's only important that you enjoy it and don't beat yourself up over it. (and return back to the plan, of course)

                    Nihopaloa Thanks for the help! I really allowed myself to snack this weekend. Trying not to feel guilty about it. But I’m glad I kept up with the workouts. I also tracked every bit of my eating to keep myself accountable. I didn’t give up completely so that’s a win

                              Motivation/Gratitude: It’s July!!! Thankful for the show Community and cauliflower rice. (I know that’s weird but it makes otherwise guilty recipes healthier!)

                              Going to attempt to run a half-marathon tomorrow. Trying to psych myself into it. Wish me luck!!!

                              Also, the scale was the lowest it’s been in a while. I’m excited about that. This month’s goal is to get under 215.
