                          Kind of a frustrating day. There were little things that don’t amount to much but are really aggravating because they happen often enough. Just so you know how minor this is: one of my aunts was talking about getting slushes. My mom offered money and my other aunt offered money. She turned my aunts money down, left and came back with two slushes, one for my mom and one for herself. She swore my other aunt said she didn’t want a slush (but why else would she hand her money?). We had talked about this a while before she left and she had to run an errand before. Is it not common for people to double check who all wants something before they get it, or is that just me and my anxious self not wanting to mess up? Anyway, it was really minor but my aunt pulls crap like this all the time. That and the really bad attitudes that my aunt and my brother had (and his idea that when we tell him we’re going to need help with something real soon, he can just disappear and we’re supposed to collect him) just left me wishing I felt better so I could do some kickboxing... I know that our thoughts and feelings are our own and nobody else is responsible for it. It’s just hard for me to not get frustrated when someone acts like doing one little thing is a big deal.

                          I am feeling better, though. I’m just going to keep doing what I’m doing and hopefully I feel well enough to start exercising soon. I can’t believe September is almost over...

                            Greatest sympathies with your family. It may indeed be an anxiety thing, but my Dad will write down what everyone needs and he doesn't have anxiety, so... 🤷🏻‍♀️

                              JCU I typically write things down and go over the list with them. If we’re ordering food online, I’ll read the items out loud before I place the order. I don’t want anything to get messed up on my watch!

                                I feel so much better! I’m still wary about exercising. I might try to do some belly dancing this week. I think it should be fine to do

                                My language and writing goals have been updated, though I probably won’t be able to starting doing all my language goals until Tuesday. The Memrise goal is just for French since I don’t plan on studying other languages on there every day. There’s some language apps/sources that I don’t really have a set goal for. I still need to figure out writing goals for language learning, so eventually that will be updated, too.

                                Speaking of language learning, have any of my fellow Duolingo learners come across some weird or concerning sentences? I’ve come across three so far: one from Irish and two from Scottish Gaelic.
